AARP dental insurance policyholders can access their policy 24/7 online via the Delta Dental insurance website. Benefits include the ability to make online payments, view/print out policy and billing details, as well as view claim updates. To get in touch with a Delta Dental customer service representative, call 1-800-735-2929 (available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST). How to Log In
Step 1 – Start by going to the AARP Dental homepage (either click here or right-click the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page and load the link in a new window).
Step 2 – Press the ‘Already Enrolled’ link.
Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the sign-in form on the right side of the page. Click ‘Log In.’
Forgot Password – Press the ‘Password’ link under the login form to go to the password reset page. Enter your username, first name, last name, and email address. Click the ‘Continue’ button to go to the next step (there are three total steps). After verifying your identity you will be able to create a new password for your account.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the ‘Already Enrolled’ page, click the ‘Register Today’ link.
Step 2 – Select your user type from the drop-down list.
Step 3 – Enter your first name, last name, enrollment ID, and date of birth. Click ‘Next’ to go to the last step of the registration process.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the ‘Already Enrolled’ page here (link opens in new window).
Step 2 – Select your state from the drop-down list to download the claim form. Click ‘Continue.’
Step 3 – Press ‘Claim Form.’
