Adriana’s Insurance Make a Payment | File a Claim

Follow the instructions on this page to learn how to pay your Adriana’s Insurance bill online, as well as how to file a claim/report your accident. Because Adriana’s is an agency and not an actual carrier, you cannot access your full policy information via the Adriana’s website. However if you go to the website of your policy carrier you will most likely be able to view plan/policy information, make changes to your account (request policy changes, update billing/contact details), etc.

How to Make a Payment

Step 1 – Starting from the homepage (), click the “payment” link in the main menu (as outlined in the screenshot posted below).


Step 2 – Enter the following details into the form:

  • Policy number
  • Customer ID
  • Carrier (select from the drop-down list)
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Street address
  • City
  • State
  • ZIP code
  • Phone number
  • Credit card (select from list)
  • Payment amount
  • Full name of account holder
  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • Verification number (found on the back of the card)
  • Address, city, state, ZIP (billing address)


Step 3 – Agree to the terms/conditions and then press the submit button to complete your payment.

File a Claim

Step 1 – Go to the main claim reporting page here.

Step 2 – Scroll down the page until you see the contact details of your carrier.

Note: You may be able to report a claim on your carrier’s website.
