Access your Aflac dental insurance policy online to view/download billing and policy documents, set up automatic bill pay, as well as check the status of open claims. Learn how to sign in, register for online access, and report a claim via the guides in the sections below.
Step 1 – Go to the individual insurance homepage (https://www.aflac.com/individuals/default.aspx).
Note: Right-click the login button at the top of this page. Load the URL in a new window/tab.
Step 2 – Press the ‘Login’ link in the upper right corner of the homepage, and then select which type of account you will sign in under.
Note: For example purposes, this guide shows how to log in to an individual account.
Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the sign-in form to access your account.
Forgot Password – Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in page to go to the password reset/recovery form. Enter your user ID. Confirm your identity and then select a new password.
Step 1 – Go to the main sign-in page (as outlined in the login guide above), and then click the ‘Register Now’ link.
Step 2 – Enter your policy number into the input field.
Step 3 – In the remaining steps you will select your username, password, and other login credentials.
Step 1 – Claims can be submitted online (by signing in to your account), through fax (1-877-442-3522), or postal mail (click here to review all claim reporting options and to download claim forms to be used when faxing/sending your claim).
Note: Dental claims are typically processed within four business days.
