Allianz travel insurance policies can be managed 24/7 via the online account management system. Features of enrolling in the online service include the ability to request policy changes, view billing/plan statements, cancel your policy, make payments, as well as report claims and view status updates. How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage (www.allianztravelinsurance.com).
Step 2 – Click the ‘Sign In’ link located in the menu at the top of the page. The login form will generate.
Step 3 – Enter your account email address and password into the input fields, and then click ‘Sign In.’
Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login form to be taken to the password recovery/reset page. Enter your email address and hit ‘Submit.’ A password reset link will be sent to your email.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the ‘Sign In’ link on the homepage, and then press the ‘Register Now’ link at the bottom of the form. You will be redirected to the registration page.
Step 2 – Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
Step 3 – Create a password and enter it into the two input fields. Select a password reminder question from the drop-down list, and then enter your answer in the next field.
Step 4 – Enter your date of birth, street address, city, state, ZIP code, and telephone number. Check the box (agreeing to the terms/privacy policy), and then click the ‘Create Account’ button.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – On the homepage, press the ‘File a Claim’ link (outlined in red below).
Step 2 – Find your policy by entering your email address (or policy ID) and departure date.
Step 3 – In the remaining steps, you will provide detailed personal/claim details. A claims representative will be in touch with you after processing your claim report.
Note: Before submitting your claim, make sure you have all of the required documents (go to this page for a list of required claim documents). Check the status of your claims by clicking the ‘Claims Status’ link on the homepage.
