You can access your Allstate flood insurance policy information, and make online payments towards your plan by logging in to your account on the ‘Flood Self Service’ website (www.myallstateflood.com). Only current policyholders are able to use this service. The sections below detail how to access your ‘MyAllstateFlood’ account, register a new policy/create a new account, sign in via a mobile device, as well as initiate the claims process.
Step 1 – Press the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page (or click here) to be taken to the homepage.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and password into the outlined input fields. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
Forgot Password – If you cannot recall your password, press the ‘Reset your password’ link as outlined in the screenshot below. You will be transferred to the password reset form. Enter your email address, and then answer your account security questions to have a password reset link emailed to you.
Note: Do NOT enter your password more than three times into the login form, as this will cause your account to become locked, and you will be forced to reset your password.
Step 1 – On the homepage, click the ‘Validate your security key’ link under the ‘First Time Here?’ section (as seen in the screenshot below).
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and security key into the input fields, and then click the ‘Validate’ button.
Note: You security key was sent to you through standard mail. If you do not know your policy number, look on billing documentation or get in touch with your local agent.
Step 1 – Enter https://myallstateflood.com into your mobile device’s web browser.
Step 2 – The website does not have a mobile version, therefore the sign-in process will be exactly as what is described in the above section.

Step 1 – You should report your flood claim with your local agent, for more personalized service (go to this page to find the closest agent to you). However you can also call 1-800-547-8676, which is Allstate’s flood claim telephone line.
Step 2 – Be ready to provide your policy/peronal information, and detailed information regarding the incident (type of flood, level of damage, specific damages, etc.).
