Allstate Life Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Policyholders can make a payment towards their Allstate life insurance plan via several methods: online, preauthorized payments, over the phone (call 1-800-901-1732, the automated phone line is available 24/7), as well as through standard mail. The preauthorized payment option (which transfers a preauthorized amount from your checking account on a monthly basis) is only available to life insurance policyholders (call 1-800-366-1411 to enroll in this service). The guides in the sections below instruct how to sign in to your account, enroll in online access, make a non-login payment, and initiate a life claim online.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Press the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page to go to the secure online sign-in page (screenshot below).

Note: You can also access your account by clicking on the ‘My Account Login’ button at the top of any page of the Allstate website.

Note: You can check the ‘Remember My User ID’ box below the form to have the website fill in your ID the next time you want to sign in. You should NOT do this if you are using a public computer.

Forgot Password – If you have forgotten your password, you can press the ‘Forgot Password?’ link on the login form. You will be transferred to the password reset/user ID recovery page. To have your password sent to your email address, enter your user ID into the input field (you can also recover your user ID on this page as well).
