American Income Life Insurance policyholders can view policy information and make (limited) changes to their policy online by signing in to the “AIL EService Center.” If you don’t already have an account, follow the enrollment guide below to learn how to sign up. Also covered below is how to reset your password, as well as a general overview of the claims process.
Step 1 – Go to the AIL homepage (https://www.ailife.com/) and then press the “EService Center” button as outlined in the below screenshot.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and password into the sign-in fields and then click the login button to access your account.
Forgot Password – If you do not know your account’s password, enter your email address into the first input field and then press the “Click Here” link (underneath the sign-in fields).
Step 1 – On the main EService Center page, click the “Register Now” button.
Step 2 – Enter your email address and then create a unique password. Click the continue button to move on to the next step.
Step 3 – Follow the on-screen instructions and provide any required information in order to complete the enrollment process.
Step 1 – In order to submit a life insurance claim you must complete the “Death Claimant Statement” form (download link here).
Step 2 – After the form has been completely filled out, you must send it either electronically (email CL@ailife.com/fax 254-741-5705) or through the mail to AIL (American Income Life Insurance Company, Attn: Claims, PO Box 2500, Waco, TX 76797).
Step 3 – After the claim documents have been received by AIL, they will be processed and you will be contacted by a claims representative.
