Assurant dental insurance policyholders (employee, family, and individual members) can make payments, file dental claims, view claims statuses, search for local dentists, view coverage eligibility, and manage other aspects of their policy by signing in to their online account/enrolling for access. The quick guides below detail how to log in as well as how to register a new account. Users can also access their policy via the mobile app (available for iOS/Android devices – download links at the top of the page). How to Log In Step 1 – Assurant’s online member service is called ‘Online Advantage.’ Go to www.assurantemployeebenefits.com and enter your user ID and password into the login form on the left side of the page.  Click ‘Log In.’ Step 2 – If required, verify your identity by answering the security question. Forgot Password – On the homepage, click the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link (located under the login form, as outlined in the image below). The password recovery/reset page will load in a new browser tab. Enter your username into the input field and then complete the security check. Click ‘Submit’ and then continue to follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the homepage (note: right click the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page and hit ‘Open in new tab/window’ to load the homepage in another browser tab). Step 2 – Click the ‘Register Now’ link on the left side of the page under the login form. You will be transferred to the account creation page. Step 3 – Enter your first name, last name, and email address. Complete the security check and then click ‘Submit.’ Step 4 – Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the registration process. Make a Claim Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click the ‘File a Claim’ link located in the menu on the left side of the page. Step 2 – Click ‘Filing a Dental Claim.’ Step 3 – The claim form needs to be completed by the dentist, and then sent to the proper address.
