View your Capital Insurance Group policy online via your mobile device or computer/laptop by creating an account on the CIG website. Once you are enrolled for online access you will be able to view/link your policies, make credit card payments, report accidents, contact your CIG advisor, make payments, and more. How to Log In Step 1 – Get to the main login screen by going to the homepage () and then pressing the “login>customer” link. Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password into the form, and then hit the “MyPolicy” button to access your account. Forgot Password – Go to the main login screen and then press the “Forgot Your Password” button. Enter your email address and policy number into the form and then hit the “Send Password” button. Your password will be sent to your email address. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Click the “Create Your Online Profile” link on the login page. Step 2 – Select a username/password and then fill in your email address and policy number. Select how you want to verify your account (last name, business name, account number) and then press the “Submit Profile” link/button at the bottom of the form. Make a Payment Step 1 – Go to the login screen, enter your user credentials (username/password) and then press the “Easy-Pay” link. Step 2 – Fill in your payment details (credit card information, payment amount, date, etc.). File a Claim Step 1 – You can report an accident by signing into your account (via the mobile app or website), however to file a claim you must call the service center (800-986-9974).
