Payment options for Chubb business insurance policyholders are flexible and convenient. Pay your bill online (via debit card or bank transfer), over the phone by calling 1-800-372-4822 (debit card/electronic check), through wire transfer, or by postal mail. If you’re a current commercial policyholder learn how to pay your bill online, and file a claim in the guides posted below. Agents can access policy information online by signing in to their @Chubb account (note: this service is not currently available for policyholders). How to Log In Step 1 – Go to the main business insurance page (link opens in a new browser tab/window). Step 2 – Enter your login credentials into the form on the right side of the page as outlined in the below screenshot. Forgot Password – Press the ‘Reset Password’ link under the sign-in form. Enter your user ID and email address. Hit ‘Submit.’ Verify your identity, and then create a new password for your account. How to Make a Payment Step 1 – Go to the business payments page (link will open in a new tab). Step 2 – To pay your bill online, click the ‘Pay Now’ button. Step 3 – Enter your policy number and billing ZIP code. Click ‘Continue.’ Step 4 – After verifying your identity, you will be able to select your payment amount and enter billing information (card/bank numbers). Note: Call 1-800-372-4822 to get in touch with a Chubb commercial billing specialist.  Make a Claim Step 1 – Go to the claims page to review reporting options. Step 2 – To start the online claims process for a commercial auto/property or workers compensation claim, click the ‘Online Reporting Application’ link.
