Click the continue button to go to the next step. After verifying your identity you will be able to create your user credentials (ID/password). File a Claim Step 1 – Auto, casualty, and property claims must be reported to your independent agent (or by calling the main claims line at 877-242-2544). Step 2 – Select your policy type and then hit continue. Step 3 – Enter your billing/policy ID and your billing ZIP code. Press the continue button. Step 4 – Provide your payment information (credit/bank account details).
