Encompass Insurance was formally founded during the 1990s, however the company can trace its roots going back to 1897. Allstate purchased Encompass in 1999 from CNA Financial, and the company remains a subsidiary of Allstate. Its insurance products and services are offered via a national network (spanning 40 states) of over 2,000 independent agents.

Encompass Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

There are several different Encompass auto insurance payment options available to policyholders; over the phone (call the automated billing system at 1-866-430-2916), online, postal mail (billing addresses can be viewed on this page), or automatic payments (via your checking/savings account). Online payments are made using a third-party billing website (MeCheckFree – one of America’s largest online billing management providers). How to Log In Step 1 – Sign in to your account to view policy details/make payments. Click the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page for quick access to the main sign-in page. Otherwise, go to the homepage (encompassinsurance.com) and then click the ‘Pay Your Bill’ link as outlined in the below screenshot. You will be taken to the main sign-in page. Step 2 – Enter your policy number and ZIP code, and then click ‘Log In.’ Note: A list of all of the payment options available to policyholders can be viewed on the sign-in page. Click each payment option to view more details. If you are a Massachusetts resident, press the ‘Massachusetts Auto Online Payments’ link to make an online premium payment. Make a Claim Step 1 – There are two options to file an auto claim: in-person/over the phone with a local agent (click here to find an agent in your area), or by calling the main claims line at 1-800-588-7400 (available 24/7 – you will need your policy number to begin the claims process). Step 2 – After your initial claim report, a claims specialist will contact you within one business day (to obtain more details, and set up a damage inspection time). After reviewing the damage and calculating an estimate, a claims adjuster will contact you to go over the details of their report. Step 3 – After the damage has been inspected and the adjuster has reviewed the terms of the claim with you, Encompass will send you the appropriate documents and any applicable payments.
