Pay your IFA Auto Insurance bill, update your contact details, and view coverage information/claim updates by creating an online account on the IFA website. Use the guides posted in the sections below to learn how to enroll for online access, sign in to your account, reset your password, as well as learn how the claims process works. How to Log In Step 1 – Go to the homepage (https://www.ifaauto.com) and enter your login credentials (policy number and password) into the sign-in form as outlined in the below screenshot. Step 2 – Click the “Go” button to log in. Forgot Password – If you do not know your password, press the “Forgot Your Password?” link under the sign-in input fields. Enter your email address and hit the “Email Password” button to have your password sent to your email address’s inbox. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Click the “Sign Up Now” link on the homepage (outlined in red below). You will be redirected to the enrollment page. Step 2 – Enter your policy number, effective date, ZIP code, phone number, and email address into the form. Press the register button to complete the enrollment process. Make a Payment Step 1 – Online payments can be made by logging in to your account. You can also arrange payments by getting in touch with your local agent. File a Claim Step 1 – Claims should be filed as soon as possible after an accident. In order to file a claim you must contact your independent agent or call the claims line at 1.877-432-2277.
