Liberty Mutual Health Insurance customers can access their accounts online through MyLibertyConnection. This portal provides account access for brokers, customers and consultants. To log in, follow the instructions below. How to Login Step 1 –Go to the account self service page and click on “MyLibertyConnection” under Employee Benefits Customers. Step 2 – You will be redirected to the login page where you will be required to provide your username and password. Click “Login” to access your account. Forgot your MyLiberty Username or Password – If you have forgotten your username, you will be required to provide your email address. To recover your password, you will be required to provide your username, first name and last name. NOTE: If you need help logging in, call 1-800-431-2958 Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the “MyLibertyConnection” login page. Step 2 – Under ‘New Users’ just below the login form, click ‘Register’ Step 3 – Enter all the required details to complete the application. To complete the enrollment process, you will need to provide your company code. You can get in touch with your employer or HR to get the company code if you do not have one.
