MetLife home insurance policyholders can make payments, update their policies, and view/download important account information (policy/billing documents, etc.) from the ‘eService’ portal. Online payment options include credit/debit card or electronic bank transfer. You can also make payments over the phone by calling 1-800-422-4272 (note: if you purchased your policy through an agent, call 1-800-680-3354 or your agent directly to make a phone payment). How to Log In Step 1 – You can access your account by entering your login credentials into the form on the homepage, or going directly to the ‘eService’ site by pressing the login button at the top of this page. Note: The direct URL for eService is http://www.eservice.metlife.com/ Step 2 – Once on the eService page, enter your username and password into the sign-in form and hit the ‘Login’ button. Forgot Password – Press the ‘Forgot username/password?’ link below the sign-in form. A pop-up form will load. Enter your email address and last four digits of your social security number to verify your identity. After verification is complete you will be able to reset your password. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – The easiest way to begin the registration process is by clicking the ‘Register Now’ link on the main homepage (link opens in new window/tab). Step 2 – After clicking the registration link, a pop-up form will load. In the first section (there are four total sections), enter your first name, last name, and email address. Click ‘Next Step’ to continue, Step 3 – Create your account username. Step 4 – Confirm your identity. Step 5 – Agree to the terms and conditions/privacy policy to complete your enrollment. Make a Claim Step 1 – There are several different ways to file a property/home damage claim: over the phone by calling 1-800-854-6011 (available 24/7), contacting your local agent, via fax (1-855-411-6689), or email ([email protected]).
