MMG Insurance Login | Make a Payment
Manage your MMG Insurance policy 24/7 by creating an online account. Once you’re enrolled for online access you will be able to make payments, view/update policy information, track the status of open claims, as well as print out your ID card(s). If you’re unsure of how to navigate the MMG website and create/access your account then follow the instructions posted below. How to Log In Step 1 – On the homepage (http://www.mmgins.com/), hit the “Manage My Account” link to be transferred to the main login page. Step 2 – Enter your user ID (email address that you signed up with) and password into the form. Click the login button to access your policy. Forgot Password – Hit the “Password” link on the main login page. Fill in your email address into the input field on the left side of the page (after pressing the submit button you will be sent a password reset link). Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the main login page and then click the “Register” button (outlined in red below). You will be taken to the enrollment page. Step 2 – Enter your ZIP code and policy number, and then press the next button. Step 3 – Create your login credentials (email/password). Note: During the enrollment process you will be able to select whether you want to register a “full access account.” Select this option if you want expanded features for your online account. Make a Payment Step 1 – Make an online payment towards your policy by signing in to your “MyMMG” account. Payments can also be made via phone by calling 1.888.MMGBILL (credit card only). Note: If you want to sign up for EFT payments (electronic funds transfer) get in touch with your agent for more information. File a Claim Step 1 – Report a claim by contacting your agent, calling the claims line at (1-800-343-0533), or by filling out the online form. Step 2 – To file a claim online go to this page and then fill in the following details within the form: Full name FEIN Marital status Phone number Mailing address Email address Policy type Policy number Insurance agency details Loss details (type of loss, date, time, description) Step 3 – Press the submit button at the bottom of the form to send the report to MMG.
