How To Log In Step 1 – Go to the NCFBINS website (http://www.ncfbins.com/). Step 2 – Locate the login form on the right hand of your screen as shown below. Enter your username and click “Next”. Step 3 – You will be redirected to the customer portal login page. Enter your password and click “Login”. Forgot Username – Click on the “forgot user name” link. You will be required to enter your email address and policy number. Click “submit” to recover your username. Forgot Password – To reset your password, click on the “forgot password” link. Enter your username and click “Next”. You will be required to answer one of your security questions to proceed. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the Register Now link on the login form as shown below. Step 2 – On the next page, you will get an overview of what is required to complete the registration process. Click on the “Get Started” button to proceed. Step 3 – Enter your name, social security number, phone number, date of birth, zip code and policy number. Click “Next” to proceed. Note: In the following 3 steps, you will be able to set up your account and login credentials.   Non-Login Payment Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the make a payment link on the top menu as shown below. Step 2 – Under “Quick Payment”, click on the “Pay Now” button. Step 3 – Enter your policy number and zip code. Click “Next” to pay. Make a Claim To file a claim, you have to log in to your existing “Customer Portal account. Click on the My Claims link on the navigation bar on your right-hand side to kick-start the process. You should have your policy documents with you and be prepared to provide as much detail as possible about the accident or loss.
