Note: You can go to the homepage by clicking the link at the top of the page.  Step 2 – On the homepage, click the ‘Request a Quote’ link (outlined in red in the screenshot). Step 3 – Set your location by entering your ZIP code, and then select which insurance products you want to receive a quote for (e.g. ‘Auto’). Step 4 – Click the ‘Show Agencies’ button. A list of agents in your area will generate. Step 5 – Press one of the ‘Next’ buttons located to the right of the agency that you want to receive a custom rate from. Note: By hovering your mouse over the agency results, you will be able to click a ‘Get a Quote’ link (in the map).  Step 6 – Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Step 7 – Enter your vehicle’s details (year, make, model, primary driver, age of driver). Click ‘Next>’ at the bottom of the form to review your request, and then submit it for processing. You will be contacted by a local agent within 1-2 business days.

Forgot Password – On the sign-in page, press the ‘Forgot Password?’ link directly under the login form. Enter your username into the input field on the right side of the page (below ‘Request Password’). Complete the captcha, and then press the ‘Process Request’ button. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – On the main account access page, click the ‘Create an Account’ link. You will be taken to the registration page. Step 2 – Select a username, and then enter your email, first name, last name, city, street address, ZIP code, and phone number. Step 3 – Provide answers to the security verification questions, and then click the ‘Create Account’ button at the bottom of the form. Non-Login Payment Step 1 – Go to the main bill pay page by clicking this link (page will open in a new window/tab). Step 2 – Press the ‘Click to Pay Your Bill’ button. You will be transferred to the secure online payment form. Step 3 – Enter your account or policy number, and ZIP code. Press ‘Continue.’ Step 4 – Enter your personal information and payment details. Step 1 – To file a claim online, go to the main claims page here. Step 2 – Click the ‘File a Claim’ button. You will be transferred to the online reporting system.
