Step 4 – Enter your first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP code, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Step 5 – Click ‘Next’ to continue on to the next step of the request form. Provide any required information, and then submit your request for processing.

Current Pekin life insurance policyholders can make premium payments, file claims, and manage their policy 24/7 by creating an online account. Online payments are made via credit/debit card or checking account. Online payments do not require policyholders to log in to their account (see the ‘Non-Login Payment’ section below for detailed instructions). How to Log In Step 1 – Start by going to the Pekin homepage (http://www.pekininsurance.com/). Click the ‘Access My Account’ link in the upper menu (outlined in red below). Step 2 – Enter your username, email address, full name, address, city, state, ZIP, and phone number. Select/answer security verification questions and answers, and then hit the ‘Create Account’ link at the bottom of the form. Non-Login Payment Step 1 – Go to the main payment page here (link opens in a new window). Step 2 – Press the ‘Click to Pay Your Bill’ button. Step 3 – Enter your policy number and ZIP code. Click ‘Continue.’ Step 4 – Enter your payment details (card/bank information, amount of payment, etc.).
