How to Get a Quote Step 1 – Starting on the homepage, click the ‘RV’ link in the menu on the left-hand side of the page (as seen in the image below). Step 2 – Enter your ZIP code into the form, and then click the ‘Quote’ button. Step 3 – On the next page, select which type of recreational vehicle you own (‘motorhome’ or ‘travel trailer’). Note: The process may differ depending on the type of vehicle you want to receive a quote for.   Step 4 – You will be prompted to provide specific information for that vehicle. Enter the year, make, model, primary usage, whether the trailer will be permanently parked or not, the year of purchase, ZIP code of most recent location (for past six months), if you are the original owner, and what the current value is. Note: You can add more than one vehicle.  Step 5 – The next section is ‘Driver Information.’ Enter your first name, last name, DOB, gender, marital status, driver’s license status (valid, suspended, not licensed, foreign), years of experience in operating an RV, and if you have had any accidents, claims, or violations within the past three years. Note: You can add more than one driver. Step 6 – In the next step you will enter your address information (street, city, ZIP, state, primary residence, and email). Press the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page to view your customized rate information. Note: You can call 1-888-539-7415 to speak with a licensed agent regarding your quote, otherwise an agent will contact with you within one business day. 

Policyholders can manage all aspects of their Progressive RV insurance policy online via the website. Payments can also be made over the phone and in-person. The claims process can be initiated from your online account, or via telephone (as well as by meeting with your local agent). Detailed below is the sign in/registration process, how to log in on a mobile device, and how to initiate a claim online. How to Login Step 1 – On the homepage, hover over the ‘Login’ button in the upper-right corner of the page, and then click the button as outlined in the image below. Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password into the input fields. If you do not know your username or password, refer to the below instructions. Note: Check the box next to the ‘Save User ID’ field if you are using a personal computer and do not wish to sign in to your account every time you use the website. Forgot Password – Click the link directly under the ‘Log In’ button (outlined in the screenshot) to begin the password reset/username recovery process. You will be transferred to the recovery page, follow the on-page instructions to reset your password/recover your user ID. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – On the login page, click the ‘Register Your Policy’ link. You will be transferred to the account creation form. Step 2 – You have the option of entering your policy number (which can be found on your insurance card, or your policy documentation/billing), OR your driver’s license number and state. Press the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page to move on to the next step of the registration process. Mobile Login Step 1 – Go to the homepage (https://progressive.com) via your device’s mobile browser.   Step 2 – Click the ‘Log In’ link as outlined in the image below. Step 3 – Enter your user ID and password. Note: You may be prompted to provide identity/user verification details in order to access your account (for security purposes). Make a Claim Step 1 – Go to the ‘Claims Center’ page here. Note: You can also call 1-800-274-4499, or visit the nearest agent. It is highly recommended to report your claim as soon as possible.  Step 2 – For security reasons, you must be logged in to your account in order to report a claim online.
