Step 1 – Go to the homepage (prontoinsurance.com). Note: You can also click the link at the top of this page to go directly to the quote form.  Step 2 – Click the large ‘Get a Quote’ button in the center of the page (outlined below). Step 3 – Enter your Texas driver’s license number into the first field, and then your date of birth. Check the box (agreeing to the site’s terms/conditions and privacy policy), and then click the ‘Start Quote’ button to begin your custom quote. Note: Your driver’s license number is required in order to provide you with the most accurate auto rate. According to the Pronto website, they will not sell your information (and the website uses the ‘https’ protocol, which is the most secure currently available on the internet). Step 4 – You will be required to enter your vehicle details (such as make, year, model, etc.), as well as accident history (some details will be automatically pulled from your driver’s license number). Pronto Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Learn how to access your Pronto auto insurance online account in the sections below. Features of managing your policy online include convenient bill payment options (both one-time and recurring payments), the ability to view/update account information, make changes to your policy (add vehicles, purchase new coverages, remove drivers, etc.), and more. Policyholders who need to report a claim can do so either online or over the phone (more details provided in the ‘Make a Claim’ section at the bottom of the page). How to Log In Step 1 – Beginning on the homepage (www.prontoinsurance.com), click the ‘Login’ link in the upper right corner of the page (as outlined in the screenshot). Note: You can also just click the button at the top of this page to have the login page open in a new window in your web browser.  Step 2 – You will be taken to the sign-in page. Enter your login credentials (user ID and password), and then click the ‘Login’ button to access your account. Forgot Password – If you do not know your account’s password, click the ‘User ID or Password’ link on the sign-in page. On the next page, select the ‘Reset My Password’ option. Enter your user ID into the input field that appears, and then click the ‘Reset My Password’ button. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – On the main homepage, press the ‘Register’ link in the upper right corner of the page (directly next to the login link – outlined in red below). Step 2 – You will be taken to the three-step registration form. In the first section you will enter your policy number, driver’s license number, date of birth, and ZIP code. Check the ‘I Agree’ box (privacy policy/terms & conditions), and then click the ‘Continue’ button to go to the next section. Step 3 – In the remaining sections you will create your user ID and password, and then finalize the registration.
