Traders Insurance policyholders can make payments online (via electronic funds transfer/credit card) by using Traders’ online payment service. Although the company does not have an online policy management service/portal, it does provide policyholders with download links to policy forms (go to this page to see which forms you can download – link opens in a new browser window/tab). Follow the instructions posted in the guides below to learn how to make an online payment, as well as how to file a claim. How to Make a Payment Step 1 – Start by going to the Traders homepage (http://www.tradersauto.com/). Step 2 – Press the “Pay Online” button (outlined in the screenshot) to go to the main payments site. Step 3 – Enter your policy number and ZIP code into the input fields. Press the “Continue” button to go to the next section and enter your payment details (method, amount, etc.). Note: You can make after hours payments by calling 866-207-9392. Payments can also be made via money order (go to this page for more details regarding payment options). File a Claim Step 1 – Go to the main claims page to learn about the claims process. If you need to file a claim, call the hotline at 1-800-369-0369. Note: Report a loss/claim as soon as possible in order to minimize processing times.
