If you want to make recurring payments, follow the enrollment guide to learn how to register for “e-billing.” How to File a Claim Step 1 – The simplest way to report any type of claim to West Bend is to call the claims line (available 24/7) at 1-877-922-5246. Claims can also be reported via email ([email protected]) or fax (1-800-459-4520). If you would rather file your claim with your independent agency, use the locator tool to find your agent’s contact information. Note: Have your policy number available when reporting your claim. Make a Payment Step 1 – Make an online payment by going to the main payments site (link will open in a new tab/window). Step 2 – Once on the site select which type of policy you have (options outlined below). Step 3 – If you want to make a one-time payment press the “click here” or “make a one-time payment” link. Step 4 – Enter your policy/payment information. Enroll in Online Access Step 1 – Go to the payments page and then select your policy type. Step 2 – Press the “click here” or “Register” link to go to the enrollment page. Step 3 – Select your username/password, and then enter your email address, policy number, and effective date. Hit the register button at the bottom of the form to complete the enrollment process. Note: Once you’re registered you will be able to setup recurring payments.
