Westfield Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

There are several ways that customers can pay their Westfield auto insurance policies. Automatic withdrawal (EFT), online via Western Union (also available as a text payment or reminder that is sent to your mobile device), phone (also serviced by Western Union: 1-800-766-9133), as well as through standard postal mail (go to the billing page to review address information and other relevant payment details). Westfield does not currently offer online account management tools. How to Make a Payment Step 1 – Use the link posted in the introduction to review all of the payment options available to current policyholders. The quickest way to pay your bill is by clicking on the ‘Make a Payment Online’ link as outlined below. Note: You can also access the payment page by pressing the ‘Pay Your Bill’ link located in the upper menu on the homepage.  Step 2 – After clicking the link, you will be taken to Western Union’s sign-in page. Enter your policy number (seven digits) or account number (ten digits), and your access code (NOTE: your access code is the five-digit area/postal code that is on file with Westfield). Click the ‘Login’ button to continue, and follow the on-screen instructions to finish the payment process. Make a Claim Step 1 – Several options are available to policyholders who need to report an auto claim: via phone (1-866-937-2663 available 24/7), email ([email protected]), or by contacting your local agent (click here to find an agent in your area if you do not have your agent’s contact information). Step 2 – If you need to file an auto glass claim, you can do so online via this link. Press one of the options outlined in the screenshot below to begin the online claim process. Step 3 – You will be transferred to the multi-step claim submission form. In the first step enter your policy number and date of incident. Click the ‘Continue’ button to move on to the next step.
