Westfield home insurance policyholders can pay their premiums online, over the phone, and through postal mail. Online payment options include automatic funds withdrawal or Western Union. You can enroll for EFT (electronic funds transfer) by calling  1-800-552-9134. Payments can be made over the phone by calling 1-800-766-9133 (note: Western Union collects a $3.95 processing fee for phone payments). How to Make Online Payments Step 1 – Go to the homepage by entering (http://www.westfieldinsurance.com/) into your web browser, or by clicking the ‘Login’ link at the top of this page. Step 2 – Hover over the ‘Billing’ link in the main menu as shown below, and then click ‘Pay Online.’ You will be transferred to the online payment page. Step 3 – In the first input field enter your seven digit policy number OR 10 digit account number. In the second field enter your access code (note: your access code will be your ZIP code). Step 4 – Provide your payment amount/other details (checking account information, etc.) to complete your payment.
