Chubb Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Chubb auto insurance policyholders can pay their bill through several online methods (including both one-time and recurring forms of payment). ‘AutoPay’ payments are deducted from your bank account, ‘Credit/Debit AutoPay’ payments are made using a credit or debit card (both of these options are automatic and recurring once set up). One-time payment options include online (by signing in to your account), phone (1-800-682-4822), EBT, and postal mail (go to this page to review all payment options). Auto claims can be reported online, over the phone, through your local agent, as well as via fax. More details regarding the claims process can be found at the bottom of this page.

How to Log In

Step 1 – Go to the Chubb homepage (located at www.chubb.com).

Step 2 – Click the ‘Login’ link located below the search bar. You will be taken to the account access page.

Step 3 – Select your language and country from the drop-down list, and then enter your user ID and password.

Forgot Password – If you cannot recall your account’s password, hit the ‘Reset Password’ button on the sign-in page. The password reset form will load in a new window. Enter your user ID and email address and click ‘Submit.’ You will be required to verify your identity before being allowed to create a new password. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset process.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – Load the account registration page by clicking here.

Step 2 – In the first section, enter your policy number, effective date, and account billing number (or issuing insurance agency). Click ‘Continue Registration’ to go to the next step.

Step 3 – Create your user ID, password, and security verification credentials.

Make a Claim

Claims can be filed online, over the phone (the dedicated claims line is 1-800-252-4670), or by getting in touch with your local agent (click here to search for agents in your area). To file a claim online, follow the steps in the guide below:

Step 1 – Go to the claims services page here (the page will open in a new tab).

Step 2 – Scroll down and click the ‘File a claim via our online system’ link. You will be taken to the claim access page.

Step 3 – At this point, you can either log in to expedite the reporting process, or choose to report your claim as an unregistered user (which will take more time). For example purposes, this guide will follow the second option (filing as an unregistered user).

Step 3 – Select your relationship with Chubb (e.g. ‘personal’) from the drop-down list.

Step 4 – Enter your policy number and loss date. Click ‘Continue.’

Step 5 – In the remaining steps, you will enter details of the claim (accident information, vehicle details, witnesses, etc.), review your claim, and then finally submit it for processing. After submitting your claim, you will be contacted by a licensed claims representative.
