CNA Long-Term Care Insurance Login | Make a Payment

CNA long-term care insurance policyholders can pay bills, file claims, and perform other policy management actions 24/7 online. Bill payment options include check, credit/debit card, and electronic bank transfer. Users do not need to sign in to their account in order to make a one-time payment. Claim contact information can be viewed at the bottom of this page. If you’re an agent, use the guide below to learn how to log in to ‘CNA Central.’

How to Log In

Step 1 – Start by going to the homepage (right-click the ‘login’ link at the top of this page and load it in a new window/tab).

Step 2 – Click ‘Pay My Bill’ at the top of the page.

Step 3 – Click the link to ‘CNA Central’ to be transferred to the main login page.

Step 4 – enter your user ID and password into the form on the right side of the page and click ‘Login.’

Forgot Password – On the main login page, click the ‘Need Help?’ link under the sign-in form. Select ‘I am having trouble with my password’ and then press the continue button. Enter your user ID and hit ‘Go.’ After verifying your identity you will be able to reset your account password.

Non-Login Payment

Step 1 – On the homepage, press ‘Pay My Bill’ at the top of the screen.

Step 2 – Press ‘Accept.’

Step 3 – Look up your account by searching for you policy number, account number, or invoice number. After finding your account and verifying your identity you will be able to select a payment option, and then send your online payment.

Make a Claim

Step 1 – Group (employer) claims can be filed by calling 1-866-308-0278. Information regarding individual policy claims can be obtained by calling 1-800-262-1037.
