Access your Discovery Insurance policy 24/7 by creating an online account or using the mobile app. Read the guides posted below to learn how to manage your policy, make a payment, and file a claim.
How to Log In
Step 1 – You can view your policy details online by going to policy management page (link opens in a new window/tab).
Step 2 – Enter your policy number and billing ZIP code into the form near the bottom of the page and then click the “lookup Policy” button.
Step 3 – After your policy has been found you will have the option to make a payment or view your policy details.
How to Make a Payment
Step 1 – You can make an online payment by going to the policy management page (link posted above) and then finding your policy by filling out the policy search form.
Note: You can also make a payment in-person using cash by visiting one of Discovery’s payment partners (click here to find a payment partner in your area). It may take up to one business day for your payment to post to your account.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Report an auto accident/claim by going to this page and the filling the form out.
Step 2 – You will need to provide the following details:
- Whether or not you’re insured with Discovery
- Policy number
- First name
- Last name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Date of loss
- Time of loss
- Vehicle year/make/model
- Location of accident
- If the vehicle can be driven or not
- If the police was involved in the accident/investigation
- Police department name/number
- Description of the loss
- Other vehicles involved in the loss
Step 3 – After filling out the required sections of the form click the send button to complete your report.
