Farmers auto/car insurance payments can be Paid Online, over the phone (1-888-327-6335), or by mail (PO Box 4665, Carol Stream, IL 60197-4665). Payments by phone are only available Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CST). In order to make a payment online, policyholders must sign-in to their account. The section below outlines how to log in, as well as what to do if you have forgotten your account username or password.
How to Login
Step 1 – Go to This Webpage and enter your username and password into the input fields. Click the ‘Login’ button to sign in to your account.

Forgot Password – To begin the password/username recovery process, go to the main login page and click the ‘Forgot username/password’ link. On the next page, select which type of difficulty you are having in accessing your account, more information may be required depending on which option you select. For example, if the ‘I don’t remember my password’ option is selected, you will be prompted to enter your username. After selecting an option, click the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom of the page.

Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the Farmers login page, click the ‘Register for My Farmers’ link. You will be redirected to the multi-step registration form.
Step 2 – Enter your first and last name as they appear on your policy, and then your ZIP code into the input fields. Click the ‘Continue’ button to go to the next step of the registration process. Follow all on-screen instructions until you have successfully registered your account.
Make a Claim
Claims can be made online and over the phone (call 1-800-435-7764). To make a claim online, follow the steps listed below.
Step 1 – On the Farmers homepage, hover over the ‘Claims Service’ link and click the ‘Report a Claim’ link from the drop-down menu.
Step 2 – Select which type of claim you will be making from the reporting options (auto, vehicle glass, homeowners, business, worker’s compensation).
