Log in to your ‘My Farmers’ account via the sign-in form on the homepage in order to make a payment online or manage your home insurance policy. Users who do not already have an online account can register via the homepage as well. Follow the steps listed below to log in to your account or register your policy online.
How to Login
Step 1 – On the homepage, enter your username and password into the login form on the right side of the page (outlined in the screenshot below). Click the ‘Login’ button to access your account.
Forgot username or password – If you have forgotten your username or password, click the ‘Forgot username/password?’ link on the homepage login form. You will be redirected to the username/password recovery page. Select an option and click the ‘Continue’ button to initiate the recovery/reset process.
Non-Login Payment
Step 1 – To make a payment without logging in to your account, press the ‘Click Here’ link next to the ‘Need to Pay Now’ title (as seen in the screenshot below). This will transfer you to the one-time payment link that does not require you to sign in to your account.
Step 2 – You will need to have your current balance amount, policy number and payment details (credit/bank information) on hand. Enter your policy number and click the ‘Continue’ button to authenticate the session and begin the payment process.
File a Claim
Step 1 – On the ‘Report a Claim’ page, click the Homeowners Claims link/button (outlined the screenshot below).
Step 2 – You will be transferred to the ‘File Your Claim’ page. You will need to enter your policy number, first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email, phone contact information, date of loss, time of loss, description of loss, and location of loss into the input fields. Click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the page to complete your claim.
