Farmers life insurance bills can be paid online by logging in to your My Farmers account, or via the ‘Quick Pay’ service (which does not require users to sign in). Policyholders must log in to manage other aspects of their policy. For answers to common questions regarding billing and payments, refer to the Farmers FAQ page. Follow the steps listed in the section below to sign in to your account.
How to Login
Step 1 – On the main login page, enter your username and password and then click the ‘Login’ button.
Note: If you are using a public computer, uncheck the ‘Save Username’ field to ensure account security.
Forgot Password – Click the ‘Forgot username/password?’ link on the login form. On the next page select the ‘I don’t remember my password’ option. Enter your username and then click the ‘Continue’ button to initiate the password reset/recovery process.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the ‘Register for My Farmers’ link on the login form (outlined in red below).
Step 2 – You will be transferred to the secure registration form. Enter first and last names (exactly as they appear on your policy), and your ZIP code. Click ‘Continue’ button to move to the next step.
Note: Only auto, home, life and umbrella policies can be registered online. For all other policy types please contact your local agent. Click the ‘Live Chat’ link near the top of the form for assistance.
Make a Claim
All life insurance claims must currently be made over the phone (1-800-435-7764) or in-person at a branch office. A detailed overview of the claim process can be viewed on this page (scroll down). If you have already filed a claim and need to get in touch with your claims representative, go this page and enter your claim number (or policy number and date of loss) into the input fields.
