CHM is technically not an insurance provider, they offer healthcare cost-sharing programs designed for Christians. There are three main types of plans that can be purchased; Gold, Silver, and Bronze. The Gold program is the most expensive ($150 per month/unit), however it provides members with the most comprehensive medical/financial support (up to $125,000 per illness). The Silver programs is $85 per month (per unit), and again members can receive up to $125,000 in support per illness, however a minimum of $1,000 must be paid by the member per illness before they may receive financial support. The Bronze program is the least expensive ($45/month/unit) however the member is required to pay (or receive medical discounts totaling or equal to) $5,000 per illness. How to Get a Quote

Step 1 – Start by going to the CHM website (https://www.chministries.org).

Step 2 – Click the “Instant Quote” button (outlined below) to generate the quote form.

Step 3 – Select how many people will be joining (e.g. you, you and your spouse, dependents, etc.), and then select what program you want to purchase for each person that will be joining. As you select different plan options the monthly program fee will automatically update (giving you an instant estimation of how much your plan will cost).
