If you’re interested in getting a free health insurance quote from Cigna you should visit the website during an open enrollment period (unless you’ve had a “qualifying event”). Step 1 – Go to the homepage by clicking here or pressing the “Quote” button at the top of this page.

Step 2 – Hover over the “Individual and Family Plans” link, and then press “View Health Plans.”
Step 3 – Select your state from the drop-down list. After selecting your state, a .PDF form will load. This is the application form that must be printed out, completed, and then sent to a broker of the Cigna health insurance offices (specific address details can be found at the bottom of the .PDF).
