How to Get a Quote

Step 1 – The first step is to go to the homepage (http://www.emblemhealth.com/).

Step 2 – Hover over the “Our Plans” button and then select which type of policy you want to purchase (individual/family, small business, large business, medicaid, medicare).

Step 3 – Scroll down and then click the “Get My Quote” link.

Note: You can also search for available policies in your area by entering your ZIP code into the search bar and then clicking the “See Your Plans” button.

Step 4 – Enter your first/last name, date of birth, ZIP code, and then answer whether or not you have a medicare card. If you want to add a member of your family to the policy, click the “Add Member” button and then enter their details. Press the “Next Step” button to go to the next section.

Step 5 – Enter your household/income details. After providing this information you will be presented with your rate information.

Note: Due to the Affordable Healthcare Act, most policies can only be purchased during an open enrollment period (unless you qualify for an exemption).
