How to Get a Quote

Step 1 – The first step to getting an online rate is to go to the homepage (http://www.epremiuminsurance.com/).

Step 2 – Once on the homepage enter your ZIP code into the input field (seen in the screenshot below) and then hit the “View Prices” button.

Note: If your apartment community is not partnered with ePremium you will not be able to receive a custom online rate.

Step 3 – Select your apartment community from the drop-down list and then press the “Enroll Now” button.

Step 4 – Select your policy start date and press the continue button.

Step 5 – Select your personal property coverage amount, liability coverage amount, and if there will be any other renters on the policy. Press the next button to go to the next section of the form.

Step 6 – Enter your personal details/contact information. Review your policy options and then enter your payment details to enroll.
