How to Get a Quote

Step 1 – Starting on the homepage, press the ‘Renters’ link in the menu located on the left side of the page (outlined below).

Step 2 – Enter your ZIP code into the input field and then click the ‘Quote Renters’ button.

Step 3 – There are three major sections to fill out within the form (1. About You 2. Property to be Insured 3. Additional Information). In the ‘About You’ section, enter your first and last names, DOB, SSN (not required but recomended for a more accurate quote), email address, and whether or not you want to add another person to the policy (if you select yes, you will need to provide their personal information as well).

Step 4 – Enter the street address (street name/number and ZIP) of the property you want to be insured.

Step 5 – Under the ‘Additional Information’ section you will provide various details that will help in calculating a more accurate quote.  Select whether you own a dog or not, enter the number of units in your apartment building, how many people are (or will be) living within your unit, if you/the secondary is insured, the amount of personal property coverage you have, the date you want coverage to begin, and whether or not you currently have an auto policy with Progressive. Check the ‘Important Notice’ box at the bottom of the form, and then click the ‘Next’ button to view your customized quote.
