GEICO renters insurance policies are provided via GEICO-partnered providers (click here for a complete list of these companies). Therefore, online policy services (policy adjustments, payments, etc.) are only offered on the website of the company that an individual has a policy through. The majority of policies can also be serviced over the phone as well. Follow the steps listed below to service your policy either online.
How to Login
Step 1 – To access your policy online, go to this page and select your provider from the drop-down list (outlined in the screenshot below).
Step 2 – In this example, Liberty Mutual has been selected as the ‘GEICO Partner.’ Information regarding how to access/service your policy will appear directly below the drop-down menu (as seen in the screenshot below).
Step 3 – Either click the link to visit the insurance provider’s website, or call the provided telephone number.
Enroll in Online Access
To register an online account with your specific insurance provider, go to that company’s website. Registration/enrollment links are typically located on or near login forms.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – On the ‘Claim Center‘ page, scroll down and select ‘Renters Insurance’ from the drop-down list (outlined in the screenshot below).
Step 2 – When you select the ‘Homeowners, Renters, Condo/Co-op Policy’ option from the menu, instructions will appear directly below the drop-down list detailing how to file a claim with your specific provider.
