Golden Rule dental insurance customers can access their account via UnitedHealthcare One’s member services website (due to Golden Rule being a UnitedHealthcare company). Benefits of having an online account include the ability to view policy information, claim updates, find dental providers, and more. How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to myuhone.com
Step 2 – Enter your username and password into the form on the right side of the page. Click ‘Sign In’ to log in to your account.
Forgot Password – Press ‘Forgot Your Username or Password?’ below the login form. Enter your policy number, first name, last name, and date of birth. Click ‘Next.’ In the remaining steps you will be able to reset your account password or username.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Press ‘Register’ below the login form on the homepage.
Step 2 – Agree to the terms of service/privacy policy. The account registration page will load.
Step 3 – Enter your member ID number, date of birth, first name, and last name. Click ‘Next.’
Step 4 – Create your username, password, and security credentials.
