Golden Rule health insurance plans are issued by UnitedHealthcare. This means that policyholders use the UnitedHealthcare website to access their health insurance policy online. Benefits of having an online account include 24/7 access to policy details (coverage amounts, benefits, etc.), claim information, and more. Policyholders can also access plan/policy details via the mobile app (official iOS and Android app download links at the top of the page). How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to https://www.uhone.com/
Note: You can also click the ‘Login’ button at the top of this page to load the homepage (it’s best to right-click and load the link in a new window so you can follow along with the guide).
Step 2 – Press ‘Customers’ in the menu outlined below.
Step 3 – Click ‘Login.’ The main sign-in page will load.
Step 4 – Enter your username and password into the form on the right side of the page, and then click the ‘Sign In’ button.
Note: You may be asked to verify your identity before gaining access to your account.
Forgot Password – On the main sign-in page, press the ‘Forgot username/password’ link. Enter your policy number, first name, last name, and date of birth. Hit ‘Next.’ After verifying your identity, you will be able to reset your account password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Press ‘Register Now’ on the main sign-in page.
Step 2 – Agree to the terms/conditions.
Step 3 – Enter your ID number, date of birth, first name, and last name. Click ‘Next.’
Step 4 – Create your login credentials (username, password, etc.).
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the forms page to download the appropriate claim form (forms are state and policy-specific). The claims department fax number is 1-801-478-7581.
