Grange Auto Insurance Login | Make a Payment

Grange auto insurance policies can be managed online at the convenience of the customer. Payments can be made online with credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover), debit cards (must have Pulse, NYCE, Star, or Accel logo) and electronic check. Customers can also pay by phone by calling 1(800) 425-1100 or by mail. Go to this page for your local mailing address.

How to Login

Step 1 – Go to the homepage of the company website and locate the login button at the top right hand corner of your screen as shown below.

Step 2 – you will be redirected to the login page where you will be required to enter your email address and password. Click ‘Log In’ to access your account.

  • Forgot email – Click on ‘Forgot email’ if you have forgotten your email address. You will be redirected to the email recovery page. Enter your full name and policy number to recover your email.

  • Forgot password – Click on ‘Forgot password’ on the login form if you have forgotten your password. You will be redirected to the password recovery page where you will be required to enter your email. Details on how to reset your password will be sent to your email address.

Enroll in Online Access

Step 1 – Go to the login page and click on ‘Create an account’.

Step 2 – You will be redirected to the account registration page. The registration process is comprised of 5 steps (1.  Policy Number, 2. Policy Holder Information, 3. Login Information, 4. Security Questions, 5. Verify Email).  Have yo ur policy number and PIN ready before starting the process.  Click ‘Continue’ at every step and follow prompt until you are done setting up your account.

Make Non-Login Payment

Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on ‘Make a one-time payment’ as shown below.

Step 2 – On the next page, enter your full name, policy number, PIN, state and email address.  Click ‘Continue’ to proceed. You can make the payment through electronic check, ATM debit card and credit or check card.

NOTE:  You can automate the payment process by signing up for the Easy Pay (EFT)

Make a Claim

Step 1 – Go to the Report or track a claim page.  Click on the ‘log into your account’ button.

Step 2 – You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your email and password then click ‘Log In’ to access your account and report the claim.
