Guardian life insurance policyholders can access policy information, make payments, and view claim updates via ‘My Account Manager.’ Some life insurance products do not currently have online access (variable universal, corporate/trust, joint/survivor, and policies under Berkshire Life). How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage (URL: https://www.guardianlife.com/).
Step 2 – Click ‘Client Sign In’ in the upper right corner as shown below.
Step 3 – Press the ‘Insurance, Annuities, and Investments’ link to go to the main account access page.
Step 4 – Enter your user ID and password into the input fields. Press the sign-in button to log in to your account.
Forgot Password – On the main sign-in page, click the ‘Password’ link to go to the password reset form. Enter your user ID and press ‘Continue.’ Continue to follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification process. After verifying your identity you will be able to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the account access page, press the ‘Register Now’ button on the right side of the page.
Step 2 – Enter your social security number into the first input field, and then enter your account/policy number into the second field. Press ‘Continue’ to move on to the next step.
Step 3 – Create your user ID, password, and security credentials.
Make a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the forms download page here (link opens in a new window).
Step 2 – Download the life claim form. Call customer service at 1-800-441-6455 for answers to specific claims questions.
