Use the instructions posted on this page to learn how you can access your GuideOne Insurance policy, make payments, file claims, and more by registering an online account.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage (https://www.guideone.com/) and then click the “My Account” button near the right side of the page. Press the “Logon” button to go to the main sign-in page.
Step 2 – Enter your user ID and password into the blank input fields.
Forgot Password – On the login page click the “Passsword?” link located under the sign-in form. Enter your user ID and then press submit. After you have confirmed your identity you will be able to reset your account password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the login page click the “New User” link.
Step 2 – Select your policy type, and then enter your policy number and agent ID number. Click the submit button to move on to the next step of the registration process.
Step 3 – Create your user ID, password, and other logon credentials.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Payments can be made in-person (by contacting your GuideOne agent), online (by signing into your account), or through standard mail (go to the payments page for instructions on how to send a payment through the mail).
File a Claim
Step 1 – Claims can be reported over the phone (888-748-4326), via email ([email protected]), or fax (800-676-4457).
Step 2 – Have your policy number and details regarding the loss/incident on-hand when reporting a claim.
