Humana Dental Insurance customers can manage and pay for their policies online through the MyHumana service. Members need to register to use this service. Users can find doctors and hospitals and review claims and benefits from wherever they are 24/7. Below is a step by step explanation of how to register and access your online account.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click “Sign in or Register” at the top right hand side of your screen.
Step 2 – A drop down menu will appear. On it, you will find a login form as shown below. Enter your username and password then click ‘Sing In’.
- Forgot your username – to recover your username, enter your name, date of birth, zip code and member ID.
- Forgot your password – To reset your password, you will be required to select your user type and enter your user name.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and locate the login button as shown below.
Step 2 – A menu will appear. Click on ‘Register now as a new user’.
Step 3 – Click on the ‘Get Started’ link.
Step 4 – On the registration form, fill in your personal details and any other information required. Click ‘Continue’ to create your MyHumana account. You can now log in using the credentials you chose.
Mobile Login
Step 1 – Go to https://www.humana.com on your mobile device browser. Click “Sign in or Register”.
Step 2 –On the login page, enter your login credentials to access your account.
Make a Claim
Claims are submitted to Humana by the dental professional who attended to you. They have to be in the company’s network. You can also file a claim personally by filling in a claims form. The claim should be settled in a few weeks, but sometimes it may take up to a month.
