International Student Health Insurance policyholders can manage their policies on the website 24 hours a day. As long as you can access the internet, you can log in and use the service. The service allows users to renew their coverage, download replacement ID cards, download visa application letters, view and update pending claims, and update their personal details. Below is a step by step guide on how to log in and how to file claims.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage of the company’s website using the URL (https://www.internationalstudentinsurance.com). Scroll to the bottom and click in the “Student Zone” link as shown below. You can also go directly to the “Student Zone” by clicking on the “Login” link appearing at the top of this page.
Step 2 – On the Student Zone page, you will be required to enter your certified ID and date of birth. You can also opt to use your password if you have previously created one.
Make a Claim
Start by obtaining an itemized bill from your medical provider or doctor. The bill should list all services you have received along with the cost. Your provider should be able to provide you with this documentation when you tell them you are filing for an insurance claim. Fill in the claims form and make a copy of it before submitting it.
