Liberty Mutual Health Insurance customers can access their accounts online through MyLibertyConnection. This portal provides account access for brokers, customers and consultants. To log in, follow the instructions below.
Step 1 –Go to the account self service page and click on “MyLibertyConnection” under Employee Benefits Customers.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the login page where you will be required to provide your username and password. Click “Login” to access your account.

Step 2 – Under ‘New Users’ just below the login form, click ‘Register’
Step 3 – Enter all the required details to complete the application.
To complete the enrollment process, you will need to provide your company code. You can get in touch with your employer or HR to get the company code if you do not have one.
Make a Claim
Policyholders can report a claim by calling 1-800-362-0000 at any time of the day or by contacting their claim handler directly. You can also visit a branch location for help with claims.
