How to Log In
Step 1 – Click the log in button in the upper-right corner of the page (on the homepage – https://www.massmutual.com/).
Step 2 – Select “Individual” and then choose which type of account you want to access (retirement, insurance/annuities, IRA, etc.).
Step 3 – Fill in your username and hit the continue button, then enter your password.
Forgot Username – If you do not know your username then hit the “Forgot your username?” link on the main login screen. Submit your email address and your username will be emailed to you.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click the “Register” button on the main login screen.
Step 2 – Enter your first name, last name, email address, username, and password into the input fields. Hit the next step button to go to the next section. After confirming your identity and setting up your security protocols you will be able to access your account.
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Make a payment towards your life insurance policy by logging into your online account. If you don’t have an account or want to make a one-time payment then go to the payments page and hit the “Go to ePay” button.
Step 2 – Enter your policy number, date of birth, payment due date, and the amount of your payment into the form. Click the next button to enter your payment details and confirm the payment.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Go to the claims page (link opens in a new window/tab) to learn more about the process. You will need to request the claims packet, fill it out, and then send it to MassMutual (via fax, email, or standard mail).
