You can manage your Nationwide dental insurance policy online via the Multiflex Dental website. Follow the instructions in the sections below to sign in to your account or enroll in online access. Detailed information regarding Multiflex plans is available by calling 1-800-800-6543, or by visiting their website.

How to Login

Step 1 – Go to the Multiflex login page, located here.

Step 2 – Enter your username and password into the blank input fields. Click the ‘Login’ button to access your account.

Note: Call 888-538-9333 if you have any questions or concerns regarding the sign in process.

Forgot Password – If you have forgotten your password, go to the password recovery page (you can also press the ‘click here’ link on the login page to access the recovery page). Enter your email address and member ID into the input fields and then click the ‘Submit’ button.

Enroll in Online Access

There is no direct registration link located on the website. If you are a Multiflex policyholder and wish to enroll, refer to the online account registration information you received when you first became a member. Contact a member services representative by phone (1-888-538-9333) or email if you require assistance with registering your online account. Telephone representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).
