North Carolina Farm Bureau health insurance customers can access their policy details on the website 24/7. Policyholders must enroll to start using the service. For instructions on how to set up an account, log in and file claims, check out the sections below.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Start off by going to the website (http://www.ncfbins.com/)
Step 2 – On the login form shown below, enter your username and click “Next”.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your password and click “Login”.
Forgot Username – You can recover your password by clicking on “forgot user name”. You will be required to provide your policy number and email address.
Forgot Password – You can reset your password by clicking on “forgot password”. Enter your username and answer a security question.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Click on Register Now on the homepage as illustrated below.
Step 2 – Read the tips and requirements for enrollment and click on “Get Started”.
Step 3 – Enter your phone number, SSN, policy number, name, zip code, and date of birth. Click “Next” to proceed. You will now be able to create your login credentials and complete the enrollment process.
Non-Login Payment
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and click on the “make a payment” link as shown below.
Step 2 – Click on “Pay Now” under “Quick Payment”
Step 3 – Enter your zip code and policy number and click “Next” to proceed with payment.
Make a Claim
To file a claim, call your agent. You will be required to provide some important identification and coverage information. Your agent will initiate the claims process on your behalf.
