North Carolina Farm Bureau life insurance policies enable customers to secure their loved ones even after they are gone. Existing policyholders can access policy details of their term, whole and universal plans on the website 24/7 through the customer portal. To create an account, log in, pay and file for a claim, follow the instructions below.
Step 1 – Begin by going to the NCFBINS homepage (the link will open in a new tab).
Step 2 – Enter your username on the login form (shown below) and click “Next”.
Step 3 – On the next page, enter your password and click on the “Login” button.
Forgot Username – If you have forgotten your username, you can recover it by clicking on the “forgot user name” link. Enter your email address and policy number, and then click “Submit”.
Forgot Password – If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the “forgot password” link. You will be required to enter your username and answer a security question.
Step 1 – On the website, click on “Register Now” as illustrated below.
Step 2 – Go over the enrollment requirements and tips. Click on “Get Started” to proceed.
Step 3 – Enter your social security number, phone number, name, policy number, date of birth and zip code. Click “Next”. You can now create your login credentials and set up your security questions to complete the process.
Step 1 – On the top menu of the homepage, click on the “make a payment” link.
Step 2 – Go to “Quick Payment” and click on “Pay Now”
Step 3 – You will be required to provide your policy number and zip code. Click next to proceed with the payment process.
Claims are filed through the Farm Bureau agents. Get in touch with your local agent to start the claims process.
