Learn how you can access your Oxford Health Insurance policy/plan online by following the guides posted below. Oxford (a UnitedHealthcare company) allows its policyholders to remotely manage certain aspects of their policies via its member website. The sign-in, registration, and password reset processes are detailed in the following instructions.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the Oxford homepage and then click the “Members” link. You will be redirected to the members portal page/site.
Step 2 – Fill in your username and password into the sign-in form (outlined in red in the screenshot below).
Step 3 – Hit the log in button to access your policy/account.
Forgot Password – Press the “Forgot username/password” link under the sign-in form. Enter your Oxford ID number, first name, last name, and date of birth into the input fields. Click the submit button. You will be able to reset your password after your information has been successfully verified.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the member portal page click the “Register Now” link.
Step 2 – Enter your member ID, first name, last name, email address, date of birth, username, and password. Click the submit button to complete your registration.
File a Claim | Make a Payment
Step 1 – Sign in to your online account in order to view claim updates/make payments.
